IMPORTANT DATES FOR FANUCHÅNAN 2025
The dates listed below for application and registration into the University of Guam are recommended timelines that students are encouraged to observe. The University will continue to accept applications and process registration for new, first-time, and returning students up to the last day of open registration as space is available. However, those applicants must provide complete documentation at the time of application for acceptance into the University.

August 4-7 New Student Registration for Fanuchånan 2025
Senior Citizens notify the Records Office of intent to participate in tuition waiver
program.
August 20 Fanuchånan 2025 Weekday Classes Begin & Part A – 8 weeks classes.
August 20-26 Fanuchånan 2025 Schedule Adjustment (Drop & Add Courses) – Make schedule adjustment at the Admissions and Records office, or any Satellite location (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday). Cancellation Fees applies.
August 23 Fanuchånan 2025 Saturday Classes Begin
August 26 Last day to register for Course by Conference for Fanuchånan 2025. Forms available
at the Global Learning & Engagement (GLE) office located on the 2nd floor of the Computer
Center building.
Deadline to Withdraw Without Transcript Records Entry for Fanuchånan 2025.
August 27 Senior Citizen Tuition Program registration for eligible residents (55+). Contact# 734-2210/11

September 4 Payment Deadline for Fanuchånan Registration: Final payment for Fanuchånan 2025 Registration must be received by 4:00pm, September 04, 2025; otherwise, your registration will be cancelled. Even if your schedule is cancelled, you are still liable to pay your financial obligation. If you are a financial aid recipient or are interested in financial aid, please contact the Financial Aid Office to ensure that all necessary documents are complete before the payment deadlines.

Students who don’t make payment by 4:00 pm on Friday, December 29, 2025, will be administratively withdrawn from all courses and will be required to pay a $50.00 administrative fee.

September 29 Deadline to Submit Application for Degree Completion – Students anticipating Fañomnåkan 2026 graduation must submit an Application for Degree to the Admissions & Records Office.
October (2025)
October 20 Deadline to Submit Former Student Reentry Application to participate in Fañomnåkan 2026 Early Registration by class level. Students who submit Re-Entry Applications after the deadline will participate in Fañomnåkan 2026 Open Registration.
November (2025)
November 5-December 5 Fañomnåkan 2026 Early Registration by Class Level Total credits completed = Class Level. Register at the Admissions Records Office, Self-Service, or any Satellite location. Make payment on February 04, 2026, by 4:00 pm.
