Academic Calendar
The dates listed below for application and registration into the University of Guam are recommended timelines that students are encouraged to observe. The University will continue to accept applications and process registration for new, first-time, and returning students up to the last day of open registration as space is available. However, those applicants must provide complete documentation at the time of application for acceptance into the University.

(AUGUST – DECEMBER)
Aug. 1, 2, 9, 12, 13 Open registration
Aug. 5-8
Aug. 14 Weekday classes and Part A 8-week classes begin
Aug. 14-20 Schedule adjustment (drop/add) period
Make schedule adjustments at the Admissions & Records office or any satellite location
(8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday) Cancellation fees apply.

Aug. 21 Senior Citizen Tuition Waiver Program registration for eligible residents (55+). Call (671) 734-2210/11.
Aug. 29 Payment deadline for registration. Final payment for Fanuchånan 2024 registration must be received by 4 p.m. on Aug. 29, 2024; otherwise, registration will be cancelled. Even if your schedule is cancelled, you are still liable to pay your financial obligation. If you are a financial aid recipient or are interested in financial aid, please contact the Financial Aid Office to ensure that all necessary documents are complete before the payment deadlines.

Sept. 6 Deadline to submit international (Foreign I-20) applications for admission
Sept. 30 Deadline to submit application for degree completion to the Admissions & Records Office for students anticipating to graduate in Fañomnåkan 2025.
Oct. 21 Deadline to submit Former Student Re-entry Application to participate in early registration by class level. Students who submit re-entry applications after the deadline will register during open registration.
Nov. 6-Dec. 6 Early registration by class level (Total credits completed = Class level)
Register at the Admissions & Records Office, on Web Advisor, or at any satellite location,
and make payment by 4 p.m. on Feb. 5.
Nov. 15 Deadline to submit Resident/Non-Resident Application (except international students) for admission to avoid late registration.
